These terms govern your use of Boostboard (tryboostboard.com), operated by Arthur Liebhardt, Germany. By creating an account you accept them. Contact: privacy@tryboostboard.com.
Boostboard imports ads and their performance from the Meta and TikTok accounts you connect, analyzes the creatives, and lets you and the agents you authorize propose spend changes. Raising or resuming spend always needs your approval with your passkey. The service is in early access and may change or be interrupted.
You keep all rights to your data. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Boostboard is provided as is. Metrics and analyses come from third-party platforms and AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.
You may stop using Boostboard and delete your account at any time; see Data deletion. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. We will update this page and its date when these terms change.
