Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Boostboard (tryboostboard.com) is a creative analytics tool for performance marketing
agencies, operated by Arthur Liebhardt, Germany. This policy explains what data
Boostboard processes and why. Questions and requests: privacy@tryboostboard.com.
Data we process
-
Your account. The name you choose, your passkey's public key and
credential ID, your workspaces and roles, and sign-in sessions. We never receive your
passkey's private key. A session cookie keeps you signed in; we store only a hash of
it.
-
Platform logins. When you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or
TikTok, we store the access tokens the platform issues, encrypted, and the accounts the
login can see.
-
Advertising data. From the ad accounts you connect: campaigns, ads,
creatives and their videos, and delivery and performance metrics such as spend,
impressions, clicks and conversions. From social accounts you choose to watch: posts
and their public performance.
-
Analyses. Descriptions and tags generated from your ad videos, used to
group creatives by their metrics.
-
Operational logs. Short-lived request and error logs to keep the
service running and secure.
Why we process it
Only to provide Boostboard to you: to sign you in, import and analyze your creatives,
show your metrics, and carry out the spend changes you approve. The legal basis is our
contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running a secure
service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell data, show ads, use tracking or analytics
cookies, or use your data to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
-
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts Boostboard and stores its data. Our database and
video storage are located in Western Europe. Ad videos are analyzed with Cloudflare
Workers AI.
-
Meta Platforms and TikTok receive the requests Boostboard makes on your
behalf with the logins you connect. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they
hold.
Cloudflare may process data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data
Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your data or part of it, we
delete it within 30 days; see Data deletion.
Operational logs expire on their own within 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your
data, and you may object to processing. Write to privacy@tryboostboard.com. You may also complain to a
data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
