Email privacy@tryboostboard.com from any address and include your Boostboard user name and workspace name. Say whether to delete everything or only the data from one platform login. Within 30 days we delete your account, workspaces, stored platform tokens, imported ads and metrics, ad videos and their analyses, and confirm by email.
You can stop Boostboard from reading new data at any time on the platform itself. This does not delete what Boostboard already imported; for that, write to us as above.
